Full-Day "Hands-On" Microstran Training Courses Run from time to time, these full-day "hands-on" training courses provide an ideal opportunity to improve your productivity and problem-solving skills with Microstran. The focus of the course is the development of graphical input skills. Topics to be covered include the enhancements in Microstran V8, interfacing to other programs including AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, steel member and connection design to AS 4100 or NZS 3404, and dynamic analysis. A significant part of the day is set aside for you to work, with expert guidance, on tutorial exercises or a real job. Attendance normally qualifies as 7 hours of Continuing Professional Development for IEAust and IPENZ members.
